Ordering Information

1. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and size before placing your order.
2. For custom orders, payment must be made in advance before production and shipping.
3. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
4. Orders totaling NT$3,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
5. All goods are delivered by freight company. Shipping costs for remote areas will be calculated separately.
6. If you need to test the product, you may request a sample from us. Please confirm that the sample meets your needs before placing a full order.
7. Please note that delivery is limited to Taiwan only. For overseas orders, we only provide delivery to ports in Taiwan. Thank you for your understanding and support!
